All prices listed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we honour the price at the time of your confirmed order.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received via our secure online payment partners (e.g., Payfast, EFT). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment is not received or there is suspicion of fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide shipping. Shipping timeframes vary depending on product availability and courier operations but typically range from 2–5 business days. Tracking details will be provided once shipped. Some items may ship separately.
5. Warranty & Liability
Infinity Strap: 12-month manufacturing defect warranty. Not covered for misuse, overloading, or cuts/abrasion damage.
RC Li-Pol Batteries: Due to the nature of lithium polymer batteries, no returns are accepted on used or connected batteries. Handle with care.
LPG Now Sensor: Covered by a 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults. App compatibility is user’s responsibility.
Microveg: No warranty. Consumable/perishable item.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by use or misuse of any product.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, and logos, is the property of Industrial Leisure SA and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with South African consumer law.
🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:
1. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving them, provided that:
The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
You notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
Opened/used electronic items (e.g., RC Li-Pol Batteries).
Perishable/consumable goods (e.g., Microveg).
Items damaged due to misuse, poor installation, or negligence.
Products returned without original packaging.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll issue return instructions and a return address.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, a refund (minus original shipping) will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
